Hays is working with an established contractor within the newbuild commercial and residential sector who is in need of an experienced site manager for a period of 6 plus months from March.As Site Manager:
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the construction of a newbuild steel frame industrial project
- Overseeing the project from enabling works to handover
- Maintaining H&S and RAMS
- Organising Subcontractors on site
- Reporting to the Construction Director
What you will have:
- Previous experience of newbuild industrial projects
- SMSTS & CSCS
- A knowledge of Civil & Groundworks is desirable
- Live locally in Liverpool
- Pervious UK-based experience is essential
