New: fully remote inhouse legal counsel | 1 to 4 pqe | £75 to £90k | perfect first inhouse role

• An international organisation is looking to hire a corporate, banking or investment funds solicitor from private practice into their inhouse legal team, joining as Legal Counsel.
• As Legal Counsel, you will report directly to the General Counsel but also have support from a Deputy GC and Senior Legal Counsel in the team
• The work on offer is international in scope (and very high calibre) - you’ll support this organisation’s activities across the globe, with the option for international travel (if you want it).
• The role is broad in scope, and work on offer will span commercial contracts of various types (terms of business, supplier and third-party outsourcing contracts, NDAs, licences, consultancy agreements and corporate/finance transactional documentation); supporting on corporate governance and regulatory matters – including data privacy
• This role can be performed on a fully remote basis from anywhere in the UK. Occasional travel to UK offices will be required, however this will be very infrequent and will be on a basis which works for you.
• No time recording and no annual targets. No prior inhouse experience is required, either – just a keen desire to transition to an inhouse role.
