Job Description- Provide comprehensive tax advice to clients in relation to Inheritance Tax (IHT), Trusts and Probate matters.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for high net worth individuals and families.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client service.
- Maintain and grow the client base by providing exceptional service and advice.
- Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and communicate these effectively to clients.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Participate in business development activities to promote the company's tax services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IHT, Trusts & Probate Private Client Tax Director / Lawyer should have:
- A strong educational background in tax law or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Inheritance Tax (IHT), Trusts and Probate matters.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
- Exceptional communication and client management skills.
- The ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
- A STEP or CTA Qualification
- A competitive salary ranging between £75,500 and £110,500.
