We are currently working with a highly reputable employer in the Swindon area who is seeking a new Digital Marketing & Communications Executive based at their head office in Swindon. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage your copywriting, design, and digital skills in a dynamic and hands-on position, contributing significantly to our social media and communications strategies.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and deliver the company’s social media strategy in collaboration with the Communications and Marketing teams.
• Create engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to enlighten and engage audiences.
• Coordinate social media messaging across the business with key stakeholders.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics to report on project success and achievement of KPIs.
• Optimize content for different platforms and schedule content releases for maximum impact.
• Manage queries and messages on social media channels, engaging with the audience effectively.
• Monitor social media platforms for reputational threats and opportunities for new content.
• Undertake copywriting, content design, and distribution of all internal communications.
• Assist with organising corporate and divisional events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in planning and delivering social media campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• Experience with both internal and external communications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must have a driving licence and own transport.
