Graduate Teaching Assistant – Medical Needs Provision

We are currently seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students in a medical needs educational provision for Year 9-11 learners. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual looking to gain valuable experience in education.
Your Role:
- Lead cookery and craft activities for small student groups.
- Provide classroom support in Sociology and Geography.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Support students with anxieties and additional needs, fostering confidence and independence.
- Work collaboratively within a dedicated teaching team.
What We’re Looking For:
- A graduate looking to gain experience in education.
- A self-starter with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Strong understanding of youth culture and the challenges young people face.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
