Warehouse Operators, Permanent, Larkhall, £31,930 per annum plus overtime

We are looking for experienced Warehouse Operators to work within our established warehouse & distribution team in Larkhall.

As a Warehouse Operator you will be tasked with:

• Getting involved with all aspects of the accurate and efficient storage and distribution of goods including goods in, stock relocation, preparing goods for despatch and loading vehicles
• Operation of mechanical handling equipment including pallet trucks and forklift trucks to relocate goods within warehouse and production areas, put away stock in warehouse locations and load trucks
• Preparing goods for despatch using attention to detail to achieve high levels of order accuracy
• Use of a hand-held scanning system ensuring accurate management of stock inventory
• Handling and completion of any goods in / despatch related documentation
• General housekeeping duties

What we are looking for:

• A solid work history and a can-do enthusiastic approach to work
• Experience of working within a warehouse & distribution environment
• Ability to thrive in an active, fast paced environment whilst delivering elevated levels of accuracy
• A current, up to date Counterbalance forklift licence with at least six months practical driving experience
