Fleet Administrator

• Basic Salary- From £12.30 per hour, dependent on experience.
• 40 hours per week.
• 33 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays. Annual Leave purchase and sale option available.
• Fully Hybrid role, once completed Probation period.
• Vehicle Purchase Scheme

The Ideal candidate will have previous experience of fleet, leasing or commercial administration.

The successful Fleet Administrator will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role. Working in Fleet, Commercial or Leasing administration.
• Previous use of CRM systems such as leaselink would be desirable.
• Previous experience of Microsoft office programmes (Excel, Word etc)
• Experience of a fast paced environment with the ability to work alone or in a team.
• A Full UK driving license, ideally clean.

Responsibilities of a Fleet Administrator:

• In this busy and varied role you will work closely with the fleet and sales department in the processing of customers’ vehicle orders, and all associated administration.
• Processing vehicle orders, taxing vehicles, supporting Managers to collate finance paperwork and order tracking details.
• Managing a heavy workload and prioritising work schedules
• Liaising between customers and our own in-house departments to ensure vehicles are ordered exactly to customer requirements
