At Job & Talent, we are recruiting for Production Operative to work with an important company in the Haydock WA11 0QZ area. Our client is a market leader of food and beverage products, manufacturing their own products, as well as some of the best known brands.
Shift Patterns:
- Monday - Friday 6:00-14:00 or 14:00
- 22:00 or 22:00
- 06:00 - available for any shift.
Rotating schedule will be given by the manager.
Pay Rates- £11.44 p/h for the first 12 weeks
- £12.29 p/h day shift after 12 weeks
As a Production Operative you will need to have:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks up to 25 kg
- Interest to learn new skills and processes as full training will be provided.
- Communication and numeracy skills - a good level of English is required.
- Good attention to details.
- Excellent timekeeping and high performance.
- This is a full-time role; you must have full-time Right to Work permitted.
Role of a Production Operative:
- Working within a busy/fast paced environment
- Packing food products.
- Ensure product quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
- Labeling, palletizing and wrapping products
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Complete all health and safety checks and actions in line with company procedure.
