Integra Education are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to join a team of early years professionals at one of our partner nursery settings. As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of nursery staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 yearsDevelop and implement nursery policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and company standards
Monitor and evaluate the nursery's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Ofsted requirements
Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and sharing ideas for their child's development
Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalentProven experience in a nursery management role is desirable, but deputy experience will be considered
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
Strong organisational, safeguarding and time management skills
First Aid qualification desirable
