Job Description- Oversee and manage the office
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage agendas, appointments and meetings
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with attention to budgetary constraints
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Liaising with the travel agency
- Diary management to the Operations Manager
- Keep abreast with all organisational changes and business developments
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager should have:
- Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant
- Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Drive and energy!!!
- A competitive salary range between £33,300 and £40,00 per annum
- Generous pension scheme
- 25 days holiday excluding bank holiday, plus 10 remote working days which you can take whenever
