St Wilfrid’s Catholic Primary School, York is seeking to recruit an excellent teacher.
St Wilfrid’s Catholic Primary School is part of Nicholas Postgate Catholic Academy Trust, a family of 32 primary schools, and 6 secondary schools. We are looking for someone who has:
- a high level of commitment to aspirational achievement and progress for all groups of pupils
- a dynamic approach to teaching and learning and demonstrates excellent practice
- the ability to establish excellent and positive relationships with pupils and promote aspirational achievement and progress for all groups of learners, including children with Special Educational Needs
- a good understanding of The National Curriculum
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work as an effective part of a team
- strong IT skills
- a supportive approach to the Catholic ethos of the school and the care the school provides
