Senior Quantity Surveyor - Water

Our client is an established contractor working on non-infrastructure water schemes for high-profile clients. This organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development.Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their highly successful team. This is a permanent position based in the Walsall area with the option for hybrid working.
Your new role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Preparing and submitting applications for payment
- Providing monthly cost reports in line with project budgets
- Managing subcontractor packages from appointment to final account
- Submitting valuations and variations on schemes
- Procuring subcontractors.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:
- Experience at a Senior Quantity Surveyor level
- Good working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 form of contracts
- Sound interpersonal and organisational skills
- Experience working on mechanical and/or electrical works in the water sector (ideal).
