Reporting to the Operations Manager this Key Role oversees the Consumer Voucher Department, ensuring that vouchers and gift card orders are processed according to agreed SLAs and to our excellent standards. You need to be self motivating as you manage a team of colleagues, the headcount variable reflective of trading patterns.
You will be responsible for the team motivation, performance reviews and absence management whilst ensuring adherence to the business HR policies. You will be accountable for ensuring that there is daily co-ordination of staffing requirements and providing excellent customer and retailer service levels.

You should have the skills to collate, review and analyse data before forward planning for this key area of the business, working with other teams in the business to facilitate projects and changes. A high level of attention to detail when ensuring that all retailer stock is correct on websites and for processing orders, providing forecasting and reporting on stock levels for gift vouchers, giftcards and all media is required.

Candidates should have experience of being a team player, possess strong computer skills, be resillient, and be curious! We provide a substanial upskill plan on the business but are ideally looking for applicants who already display leadership qualities.

The role is Office based from Melmerby, Ripon. Core Hours are Monday to Friday 09,00-17.00 with flexibility required during peak times. We are a Disability Confident Employer and offer Certficates of Sponsorship if required.
