Technical Recuiter - 6 Month FTC

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 2-3 years experience of recruiting within the tech space (ideally working contract/affiliate roles in an agency environment)
• The ability to recruit across the whole tech landscape, ideally with a specialist field in contract technical roles
• Experience of hiring at pace, both sourcing and headhunting talent across a variety of locations and levels
• Process oriented mindset along with strong administration experience
• The ability to work autonomously as a self-starter and taking initiative to learn new areas of
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing strategies i.e. Linkedin Recruiter
• Some experience of working with an ATS or CRM recruitment software
• Good stakeholder management experience including working with key stakeholders to overcome recruitment challenges and provide regular market insight.
• Ability to build good relationships with lots of different ANDI’s across clubs.
