Our market research Insights Team are seeking a Research Executive to join their qualitative research team.
Responsibilities / Position overview:
The purpose of this role is:
- To provide proactive project support to ensure effective management and implementation of research projects
- To conduct defined research activities to help build client satisfaction
- To assist and provide support in building client relationships to help drive growth
- To coach Research Assistants and support work team colleagues
- To act as an effective Lumanity team member, with enthusiasm and creativity
The core competencies for this role include but are not limited to:
- To own and perform specific project tasks, e.g. contact reports, progress tracking, timesheets, PO to ensure effective delivery
- Provide effective administrative and logistical support to ensure timely delivery of tasks
- Act as a day to day point of contact for research team and for client (where appropriate)
- To understand client needs and contribute to the design of innovative research activities
- Conduct 1-1 interviews, and participate in brainstorming sessions to ensure a professional and effective outcome for clients
- Show an understanding of project objectives within materials in order to produce good drafts of screeners, discussions guides, questionnaires & sections of presentations
- Support and in some cases, conduct analysis
- Complete administrative tasks in a timely and appropriate manner
- To start to show an awareness and understanding of the commercial needs of the business and be present at client meetings, where appropriate,
- To ensure effective teamwork and act as an effective project/client team member
Qualifications:
- Strong Degree (2:1) in any subject and/or professional qualification preferable
- 1-2 years’ experience in research or professional services organisation
- 1-2 years’ experience in research-based project support role
- Healthcare sector experience is preferable
- Able to apply relevant research methods
- Show evidence of strong ability to draft materials and sections of presentations
- Demonstrate good data analysis & interpretive skills
- Solid project management skills
- Basic coaching skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficient – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
