Vehicle Technician – Worcester
Location: WorcesterSalary: Up to £38,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Bonus: Generous bonus scheme
Working Hours: Monday to Friday only
A well-established main dealership in Worcester is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join their busy service department. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a reputable automotive group offering strong earning potential and ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Accurately diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership standards
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed
Minimum Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a dealership
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong technical and diagnostic abilities
