Technical Product Owner L2C
TECHNICAL PRODUCT OWNER (L2C) | PERMANENT | REMOTE | £80,000
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager/Owner who has lead to cash (L2C) and Salesforce/Certinia experience to join a growing IT Managed Services client of ours as they migrate from their current service/billing platform to Salesforce & Certinia.
In this role you will own the roadmap & provide vision for this project, and be responsible for ongoing / continuous improvement of these products / platform.
Role Details:
- Permanent
- Remote - with ad hoc travel to both London and Portsmouth (possibly each location once per month)
- Up to £80,000
- Start Date: ASAP - ideally someone who is immediately available
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the L2C product roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to leverage the systems current and future features to drive business value.
- Understand each system’s roadmap to maximise the benefits of upcoming features and capabilities.
- Manage and prioritise the L2C development backlog, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, features, and integrations with other systems.
- Provide clear business cases for L2C-related developments, demonstrating market opportunity and ROI.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce OR Certinia
- Experience working on similar projects
- Knowledge and understanding of L2C
- Experience with Project Portfolio Management Software (PPM Tools
