Up to £40,000 Base Salary | OTE £70,000+

25% - 40% Uncapped Commission Splits (No thresholds)

About the Company:

Our client is a well-established mortgage brokerage, thriving for over a decade, with a dedicated back-office team offering comprehensive, whole-of-market advice across the UK and internationally. Due to high demand, the team is expanding to provide immediate support to new Mortgage & Protection clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer expert advice and recommendations on mortgage and protection products
• Oversee applications from start to completion, collaborating with administrators and paraplanners as needed
• Ensure all client files meet company, network, and regulatory standards
• Keep client records and management systems up to date
• Respond promptly to client and introducer inquiries
• Maintain compliance with all company, regulatory, and network rules
• Stay informed about industry and market developments
• Maintain professional qualifications and continue with ongoing professional development

Role Requirements:

• CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 essential
• Whole-of-market experience preferred
• Strong track record in sales or managing a busy, deadline-driven workload
• Motivated, with a proven success record
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
