In brief, your responsibilities will include:

• Management Reporting: Prepare and present management reports that provide clear and actionable insights into financial performance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Work with the FC/FD and the Board to develop, monitor, and update budgets and forecasts in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control costs, ensuring that expenditures align with budgeted amounts and financial objectives.
• Project Reviews: Work with Project teams to conduct post-mortem analysis of revenues and costs on projects versus budgets
• Business Partnering: Work with Regional MDs and Business Unit heads to help them understand their financials and help with local decision making
• Ad Hoc Reporting: Generate and analyse ad hoc financial reports as required, providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations, sales, and HR, to support financial decision-making.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Additionally, you will be systems savvy and be experienced on Excel.
