You will be working for a well established Mechanical and Plumbing business that work a range of different project types which include; commercial, residential and leisure. The company is a family run business and has a great community feel with high retention rates within the team.
Your new role
You will be working as a Mechanical Estimator within the Building Services Industry and will have a variety of experience including; Involved in the creation of tenders, estimations and tenders
Be involved in speaking to clients and presenting for tender
Negotiation with merchants and suppliers
You will preferably have a good knowledge of estimations and quotations for tender.
What you'll get in return
You will have a salary of £40,000 to £60,000 + Car depending on experience, pension, on-site parking and bonus scheme.

You will either need to be an experienced Mechanical Estimator or a closely related role within building services, e.g. Mechanical Design Engineer.You will preferably have a good knowledge of estimations and quotations for tender.
