Your Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing information from the companies in the group, to support the development for Vista sustainability materials;
  • Building and maintaining all the Sustainability deliverables for the Vista companies;
  • Supporting the Director of Sustainability in preparing internal communications for new campaign launches and keeping the entire company informed of what’s happening at Vista;
  • Supporting on sustainability GHG, TCFD and internal reporting, to generate insights and provide the Director, Global Marketing & Sustainability and our ExCo with stable, comparable analytics on a regular base;
  • Working closely across all companies teams to improve internal and external processes – in particular: client communications, assets management, shared documents, project deadlines management reporting.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Knowledge of policies effecting our industry and company such as SECR, CSRD, EcoVadis, CDP, GHG, TCFD, etc.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and competency
  • Strong project management skills, ability to coordinate multiple projects involving multiple internal players and external suppliers
  • Communicates clearly, has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A good understanding of the audience for each communication
  • Strong team and integration skills
  • A passion for Sustainability and ESG projects
  • Ability to find solutions
  • Deadline oriented
