Weekend Front of House Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating a team of three to deliver high-quality service
- Overseeing front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow
- Providing a welcoming and professional experience for 120+ boarders and guests
- Supporting sports fixture catering, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are upheld at all times
- Handling customer queries and fostering a positive dining environment
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen team to maintain seamless operations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or front-of-house supervision
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Health & Safety awareness, including COSHH and HACCP knowledge (desirable)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive operations forward

Salary: £13.30 per hour
Hours: Saturdays & Sundays - 8 hours a day. 11-7
