£13.00 - £15.00 per hour (Dependant on experience)
Fully office based
6 month contract: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 1:15pm

We are looking for a confident and experienced Sales Administrator to join a rapidly growing business in North Manchester. Role Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the processing of orders and ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a liaison between customers and order fulfilment
- Cross checking orders
- Quality control of orders
- Updating the internal systems and maintaining accurate sales records
- Corresponding to internal and external emails
- Checking off orders against paperwork, packaging and invoicing
- Organising couriers
- Assisting the sales manager and team
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous order processing experience
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Fantastic communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels both face to face and over the phone
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
- A strong working knowledge of IT systems, the entire Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and Sage
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.
