Hours of work: 40 hours a week, working Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

An excellent opportunity has come up at our Pilot Plant, where you will carry out planned, scheduled routine and reactive maintenance of fixed plant and associated systems
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Fault finding /diagnostics and rectification work to the processing fixed plant
- Providing engineering support for other maintenance & installation activities
- Installation of new equipment and process modifications
- Ordering site spares
- Adhere to Health & Safety standards
- Ensure all work areas are clean and free from hazards
- Creating and collecting data
- Fill in for Site Engineer, as and when necessary

What we are looking for:
You will have a sound understanding of predominantly mechanical and some electrical maintenance including fixed processing plant - including fans, filters, mills, conveyors, packaging, etc.
You’ll also need to:
- Have an NVQ level 3, or equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering
- Be able to fault find and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Have good communication skills and are a team player.
- Good level of IT skills
- Legally able to drive in the UK
