Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant
This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role.

The role involves handling post-completion requirements, including HMLR registrations and requisitions, stamp duty returns, and liaising with estate agents, lenders, and borrowers. You will request redemption figures, assist in the preparation of sale contract packs, and report to clients with contracts for signing.The position also includes submitting searches and supporting the Head of Department in maintaining lender panel status. Attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a polished telephone manner are essential.
