As a Field Care Supervisor, you will :
- Support and manage clients’ care from start to finish, ensuring a personal, high-quality service.
- Create and update care plans, conduct care assessments, and supervise Care Professionals.
- Provide guidance to team members to ensure outstanding care delivery.
- Complete quality assurance visits and maintain compliance and client satisfaction
- Be part of a supportive, dynamic team making a real difference in clients' lives.

New Client Care:
- Attend care consultations
- Complete the care Plans
- Prepare all documents required for the client
- Carry out Care Professional introductions to the client and complete all documentation fully.
- Ensure client file is complete
- Carry out New Client QA's
Existing Client Care:
- To introduce new Care Professional to our clients and complete all documentation.
- Prepare for all Quality Assurance visits and complete them during the calendar month in which they fall due.
- Prepare for all Service Review visits and complete them during the calendar month in which they fall due.
- At all times, identify opportunities where you, or another member of the team can, or has, gone the extra mile in providing excellent opportunities and improving outcomes

Skills and Experience:
- Qualifications: Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Experience: CQC experience and hands on care background
- Skills: Excellent communication, organisation, planning and attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Due to the nature of the job role we are looking for someone flexible and shows forward thinking and commitment to the role.
- Requirements: Full UK driving license, reliable vehicle, and flexibility to participate in care out in the field
