About Our Client
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Job Analyst to be part of a dedicated team within the Human Resources Department, in the public sector, based in Birmingham. The role requires a professional with sound knowledge of HR practices and a passion for improving working environments.
Job Description- Participate in job analysis and job evaluation exercises
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participate in the development of role profiles
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents
- Support the HR team in any other tasks as required
- Participate in HR projects as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
A successful Job Analyst should have:
- The ideal candidate should have NJC experience
- Would consider candidates that are trained in Hays or WTW or Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology
- Proven knowledge of HR practices and principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- A supportive and collaborative work environment
