We are looking for dependable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced logistics and distribution team based in London. The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high operational standards. The position involves hands-on warehouse duties and requires someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy setting.
Key Responsibilities- Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Preparing stock for dispatch and shipment
- Moving goods safely within the warehouse environment
- Conducting inventory checks and reporting discrepancies
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the warehouse
- Following all health & safety procedures and company policies
- Supporting colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically active role
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of warehouse health & safety practices
- Forklift licence is advantageous but not required
