Senior Quantity Surveyor required to work for Principal Contractor JV on High Speed Rail London Tunnels Programme
Contract - Inside IR35West Ruislip North Acton Locations - Hybrid Working Arrangements in place
6 months ongoing contract basis
Senior Quantity Surveyor with NEC Contracts experience essential and rail projects major infrastructure experience required Experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for main contractor
Role Brief&bull Lead and develop the efficient and effective management and issue of accurate timely and contract compliant documentation
&bull Support procurement team through tenders including producing subcontract documentation
&bull Manage subcontracts from initial placement of order to final account
&bull Prepare review and complete sub-contract documentation
&bull Prepare and agree interim applications for payment
&bull Prepare and agree final accounts with subcontractor
&bull Demonstrate and maintain commercial and technical knowledge and work closely with technical staff to develop appropriate techniques and solutions for the project
Quantity Surveyor skills required&bull Relevant Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent relevant industry experience
&bull Proactive
&bull Strong NEC contract experience
&bull Right to Work in the UK
&bull MCInstCES or MRICS
&bull Experience in rail or infrastructure projects
&bull Problem solving can-do approach
&bull Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office Applications Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
