Responsibilities / Position overview:
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Business Development and Marketing Trailblazer ready to shake things up and amplify our market reach. This isn't a role for the faint-hearted. You'll be at the forefront, spearheading bold business development initiatives and crafting killer marketing campaigns that grab attention and drive serious growth.

Key responsibilities include:
- Business Development
- Identify and research potential new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Network actively at industry events, conferences, and through professional connections to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Track and report on business development activities, providing regular updates on progress against targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, product development) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, public relations).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and effective marketing materials, including website content, whitepapers, and social media posts.
- Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including website, social media platforms, and SEO/SEM activities.
- Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and workshops to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of at least 4 years of experience in business development and / or marketing roles
- Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing principles, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyse market trends, and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrable success in achieving revenue targets and building strong client relationships is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a creative agency is highly desirable.
