Office admin - Lewisham
Emphasis Inventories Ltd is seeking an additional member of our office admin staff with a start time of 6 May. The role is full time with a rota that includes some weekend work. The contract will be lasting until 3 November to start with.
You will join a very supportive team with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, timeliness and customer service. The job is office based in Lewisham.
The job includes taking bookings from customers over the phone and by email, getting all relevant information and inputting this accurately into our system. It includes supporting your colleagues in the field with information when needed. It will also include proof reading reports, making sure they are accurate and contain all necessary information ready to be sent to our customers.
All training will be provided, but certain personal skills are important. As a person you are polite and professional, thorough and accurate, with good verbal communication skills. You are courteous, punctual, efficient and with a willingness to get things done.
Experience from working in an busy office environment is required, as is experience in dealing with customers and working in a team. Your application will also need to show that you can be legally employed in the UK.
Pay is per hour. Potential candidates will be contacted successively, first for a phone interview, then for face to face meetings.
