Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005. Provide compliance reports and recommend remedial actions.
IT & Data: Manage fire safety databases and systems, ensuring integration with corporate systems. Compile and share risk data across departments.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
This is a full time, temporary assignment offering £25 Umbrella LTD per hour approx. £20.10 PAYE per hour
Key responsibilities include:
Program Management: Oversee fire risk assessments, inspections, and compliance actions. Coordinate surveyor visits and prioritize tasks.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order 2005. Provide compliance reports and recommend remedial actions.
IT & Data: Manage fire safety databases and systems, ensuring integration with corporate systems. Compile and share risk data across departments.
Liaison & Project Coordination: Work with external agencies HSE, London Fire and internal teams Building Control on fire safety issues.
Requirements:
Strong Fire Safety and H&S knowledge, ideally with public sector experience.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to work outside normal hours for meetings or events.
