We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy HR Business Support Team. This role is ideal for someone accustomed to working in a demanding environment and who thrives on delivering first-class customer service while managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the HR Business Support Hub, ensuring top-notch service, confidentiality, and security at all times.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support as part of the HR Business Support Team.
- Accurately process and record information within key deadlines.
- Deliver high-level HR transactional services within key performance measures.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Handle enquiries from both internal and external customers promptly, resolving issues directly or ensuring proper handover.
- Support the HR management team with document maintenance, raising purchase orders, stationery orders, minute taking, and HR project support.
- Offer flexible support across the team to maintain effective administration support to the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within an HR setting.
- HR-related qualification is desirable.
- Strong planning, organising, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Experience with HR systems and providing HR administration service in a busy environment.
- Ability to work independently and proactively under tight deadlines.
