Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring sound financial systems and accurate data.Manage the integration of acquired businesses, streamlining processes and implementing effective reporting systems.Work closely with teams across the business to drive resource optimization and profitability.Be a key member of the Senior Executive Team, contributing to the company’s strategic direction and growth plan over the next five years.Lead and develop a high-performing finance team to support business goals and maintain accurate financial reporting.

10+ years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Experience with post-acquisition integration and group financial reporting is essential.Recognized accountancy qualification e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with financial modelling and systems like Sage and Xero.
