We are seeking a Qualified Nursery Manager to manager our dedicated teaching staff on a permanent and full-time basis.
The school's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is looking for a confident and experienced individual to work in our Early Years Team.
We are seeking candidates who hold a Level 3 or above qualified in Early Years with Relevant Maths and Paediatric First Aid Training.
To ensure continual improvement and high quality, engaging and fulfilling education within the classroom and further development in standards of teaching, learning and achievement in accordance with statutory requirements and the Every Child Matters agenda.

Job Description - Nursery ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing both the EYFS and Islamic curriculum seamlessly, ensuring that the children receive an enriching and holistic education.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursery.
- Lead the planning and implementation of both EYFS and Islamic curriculum.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and nursery policies.
- Hire, train and supervise staff, ensuring continued professional development.
- Foster a culture that embraces both educational excellence and Islamic values.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents and the wider community.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children and staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the nursery’s performance regularly, implementing changes where necessary.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Organise and participate in events, workshops, and parents' evenings.
- Recognised qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and its implementation.
- Prior experience in a similar managerial role.
- Familiarity with Islamic teachings and practices.
- Exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexibly in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Salary: Starting Salary from £26,000 per annum.
