Customer Service Advisor

• Location: Gateshead
• Salary/Hourly Rate: £11.62
• Job Type: Temporary to be permanent for right candidates
• Working hours/days: 8 hours between hours of 9am and 5.30pm 5 days out of 7 (weekend work will occasionally be required)

HR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join one of the customer service companies based in Gateshead as a Customer Service Advisor.

The ideal candidate will be customer service focused, able to work as part of a team or individually with good Customer Service skills. You will be responsible for handling emails and queries in a polite and professional manner.

• Respond to customer emails professionally and in a timely manner.
• Provide clear guidance on payment processes.
• Collaborate effectively both within a team and independently.
