If you are an RCVS accredited Vet Surgeon looking to take the next step in their career, this could be the role for you! Our client are looking for a Lead Vet to join their small animal practice in Derby.
Strong experience in clinical leadership is desirable for this role. They are looking for someone who excels in team collaboration, helping to provide exceptional care to patients and clients.
Within your role, your duties will include; providing exceptional care, create accurate treatment plans, prepare accurate estimates for clients, mentor and develop your team, manage clinical handovers, and arrange necessary patient transfers all whilst working closely with the Practice Manager to support best practices and drive company goals.
Located just outside of Derby, the practice benefits from easy access to the city centre via public transport or major roads, making it reachable in 25 minutes or under. The area also has the added benefit of being surrounded by beautiful green spaces and local amenities.
The Rota:- Ideally full-time position - but open to part time applicants
- 4 day working week
- 1:4 half weekends
- 33 days holiday including BH - rising with length of service
- Salary of £60k-£75k DOE
