Support Worker - Learning Disabilities
Location: Cramlington or Kenton Residential HomesSalary: £12.30 per hour, plus sleep-in allowance (£68.00 per sleep-in) and enhanced overtime rates
Hours: 37 hours per week over a 7-day rota

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in helping our tenants live as independently as possible in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting tenants with day-to-day life skills, such as housekeeping, shopping, and meal preparation.
- Encouraging community involvement, maintaining friendships, and fostering confidence and self-esteem.
- Promoting independence while offering care tailored to each individual's needs.
- Communicating effectively with the individuals in your care, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
