Overview:

• 30 hours per week
• Mandarin speaker
• £13.50 per hour
• Monday - Saturday (3pm
• 8pm Mon-Fri and 8am
• 1pm Saturday)
• Colchester

Responsibilities:

A sales assistants responsibility will be to generate new business and covert enquiries into bookings for the 24/25 academic year for Enso in Colchester.

You will be responsible for following up with new applicants, making calls to capture information and to try and turn business around within the timescales set.

• Using Yardi to affectively record and report enquiry levels
• Follow up applications from cradle to death
• Conduct virtual / physical viewings of the building
• Achieve weekly/monthly KPI’s set by accommodation manager
• Maintain accurate records of applicants
• Liaise with the marketing team/management regarding activity and what assets you think would be suitable for driving business
• Conduct market research, keeping an eye on competitors and produce information on this which can be used for analysis
• You will focus on the Chinese demographic, utilising WeChat and Red to engage with prospective residents
• Must be mandarin speaking

Qualifications:

• Great customer service and communication skills, being able to effectively engage with people at all levels
• Be super personable and have a genuine passion for engaging with people
• Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills
• Be really organised and able to spin lots of plates at once (metaphorical plates!)
• Good working knowledge of MS packages
• Resilience and adaptability, as well as a great cultural diversity awareness

• A preferred qualification and/or willingness to undertake training for Carbon Literacy as our Pillars are a fundamental part of our brand.
