Job Description:

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Trades and Labour, you will play a pivotal role in matching qualified candidates with our client's staffing needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various trades positions including but not limited to construction, civil engineering and M&E roles.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Conducting reference checks and background screenings to ensure the quality and reliability of candidates.
• Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and negotiation of job offers.
• Keeping a close eye on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and business decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales or similar role, preferably in the trades and labour sector.
• Strong understanding of trades and labour roles, requirements, and qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates.
• Proactive and results-driven attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are desirable.
