Forklift Driver

Warehouse Operative - Avonmouth

Our international Manufacturing client is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as a Forklift Driver within their Avonmouth Warehouse team.

About the Role

This role involves:

• Operating Reach and Counterbalance FLT (valid license required).
• Loading/unloading lorries and moving stock palettes.
• Placing stock into racking.

• Full induction and training provided (no prior experience required).
• Annual bonus and overtime paid at time and a half.
• Enhanced pension contributions and private health care.
• Christmas shutdown, company sick pay, and free on-site parking.
• PPE, uniform, and additional benefits like company events and a cycle-to-work scheme.

• Hold a valid FLT license (or a recently expired one) and a clean driving license.
• Physically fit (able to lift 25kg comfortably).
• Basic reading, writing, and computer skills required.
• A problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week).
• Competitive pay: £26,000-£28,000 per year, with performance bonuses.
• Immediate start available.
