Operations Support Manager (London/Hertfordshire/East Anglia)
Permanent - Full Time - 37 hours per week
The post will cover London, Hertfordshire and East Anglia
This role is peripatetic and will involve staying away from home.
The main purpose of the role is:
- To support the Operational Management of the region by promoting a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of person-cantered care, ensuring that we are meeting individual needs and that everyone is treated with respect and dignity and rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.
- You will take up a variety of senior positions in MHA care homes as required and provide temporary relief in the absence of the manager or senior officer in a home, carrying out the full duties of the post.
Who we're looking for:
- The successful post holder will carry out specific projects within a home or region, as specified by the Regional Director and relevant Area Manager.
- You will have a professional qualification in a Care or health field. (e.g., DipSW, Nursing, OT etc., that coupled with experience of working in the care sector.
- Our ideal candidate will be required to undertake overnight stays as and when required (accommodation and travel expenses will be paid for in line with our policies).
