SALARY: £11.50 per hour

TERM: Temporary for approx 9 months
HOURS:- 7:30am
- 12:45pm Mondays
- Thursdays & 7.30am
- 12.30pm Fridays

The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Answering inbound calls & transferring to relevant departments
- Meeting & greeting visitors, making refreshments
- Completing visitor and H&S forms
- General reception duties & keeping the reception area well presented
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
- Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
- Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently
- Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
