We are seeking a caring and nurturing individual to join our family-friendly team as a Care Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of the whole child, building positive relationships, and adapting your practices to meet the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide care and support to children, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
  • Ensure our pupils' safety and access to learning and play
  • Promote the well-being and inclusion of all children
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
  • Experience working with children and young people, preferably in an educational or care setting
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Patience, empathy, and resilience in adapting to the needs of each child

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
