Commercial Property Lawyer – This is a great opportunity to join a highly accredited, Legal 500, multi-disciplined regional practice with offices across Surrey and London. They are now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with at least 4 years relevant experience to join their expanding team at their Southwest London offices.
About the Role
They are now looking for a Associate with a solid track record and broad experience in all manner of commercial property transactions. You will be joining a specialist team with an outstanding reputation in providing sound legal knowledge to their clients.You will be managing a busy caseload, of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, granting and taking new leases and subleases, lease surrenders, renewals, assignments and extensions, advising on landlord and tenant matters, development work and auction of sales and purchases.
Candidate Requirements
They require a Solicitor with at least 4 years’ experience and ideally from a similar sized regional or City practice. You should be self motivated and enthusiastic about your work and have a keen focus on your clients as well as the development of the team.This is an ideal opportunity for a someone looking to take a progressional step in their legal career and join a successful and committed practice.
