Field Service Engineer
We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Department covering the Manchester or Wigan postcode area.
Type of contract: Full Time, PermanentSalary: £30,700 - £33,580 DOE (OTEs £40,000)
Working days: Monday to Friday (1 in 3 weekends or 1 in 4 weekends - Contractual)

The role consists of:
Travelling on a daily basis to our customer homes to service and repair Acorn Stairlifts.May include multiple overnight stays per week.
Diagnosing, and providing hands on troubleshooting, service, and repairs to existing Stairlifts within the fieldMeeting all target and deadlines in a professional and timely manner.
Provide high levels of customer service - ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions, with the assistance of management.
Carrying out the product update and safety checks in a safe mannerTo communicate effectively with external customers, and provide customer feedback.

The successful candidate will have:
A full clean driving licenceMust be honest, reliable, and have the ability to communicate on different levels
A Criminal Records Bureau check will be carried out on the successful candidate
