A dynamic and progressive property investment company is seeking a hardworking property lawyer to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front and make the role your own.

The successful candidate will be required to attend the office 5 days a week (London).

Please note Full-time presence in the office is required

The Role:

• Drafting and negotiating property contracts and leases
• Land and share purchase agreements
• Working on a variety of property documents across various assets
• Providing guidance and advice

Ideal candidate:

• Qualified lawyer -1 PQE +
• A mixture of commercial and residential property experience
• Experince with Land Purchase agreements
• Hardworking and confident
