The Role
We are seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting patients with frame selection and lens options.
- Support the dispensing process, ensuring accurate measurements and fittings.
- Manage appointment bookings and patient records.
- Maintain the presentation of the practice and ensure a welcoming environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as an Optical Assistant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering personalised patient care.
- An interest in fashion and eyewear trends.
