The team's mission is to provide essential support to vulnerable children and you will be there to support them in an operational capacity.

  • Provide comprehensive support to social work and support staff, aiding them in delivering exceptional services.
  • Accurately record minutes during meetings, ensuring all details are captured and distributed promptly.
  • Handle all correspondence and organise meetings efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional front-line service to visitors and callers, representing our organisation with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain and organise office premises and facilities to create a welcoming and functional environment.
  • Manage relationships with external providers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods and services.
