Essential: Previous experience in a Michelin-starred environmentIdeally holds WSET Level 2Looking for maturity and gravitasExperience in managing intimate dining settings.Passionate about curating exceptional dining experiences.Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team developmentIdeally available to start immediately.Ambitious and committed to contributing to achieving a second Michelin star.
